Terms of Service

Welcome to ResellPilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and ResellPilot ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the ResellPilot platform, including our website, web application, and all related features and services.

By creating an account or using ResellPilot in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use ResellPilot.

ResellPilot is an AI-powered reseller platform. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan, and may include:

• AI listing generation — upload product photos and our AI generates optimized titles, descriptions, and item specifics for multiple marketplaces
• Pricing insights — AI-researched price recommendations based on real sold comps from eBay, Mercari, and other platforms
• Image cleanup — background removal and photo enhancement to create professional product images
• Marketplace integrations — connect your eBay, Etsy, and other marketplace accounts to publish listings directly from ResellPilot
• Inventory management — track your items, sold status, and performance over time
• Bulk tools — create multiple listings at once and batch-process images (available on Pro plan)

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes in advance.

When using ResellPilot, you agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Use ResellPilot to create listings for illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, or exploit any part of the platform, including usage limits or authentication systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against our platform without explicit written permission
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to use
• Use the platform in any way that violates the Terms of Service of connected marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the ResellPilot platform
• Use the service in a way that could harm other users or the platform

You are also solely responsible for ensuring that the listings you create and publish comply with the rules and policies of each marketplace you use. ResellPilot assists with generating listing content — it does not guarantee that your listings will comply with any particular marketplace's policies.

To access ResellPilot's core features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others
• Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Each account is for a single user. If you need multiple seats for a team, contact us to discuss options.

ResellPilot offers the following subscription tiers:

Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly on the date you subscribed
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe or Dodo Payments)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel
• Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
• Your account reverts to the Free plan after the period ends

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@resellpilot.com within 14 days of the charge.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing renewal. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Each plan includes a set number of AI listing generations and image cleanups per billing month. These limits exist to ensure fair, reliable service for all users.

• Limits reset at the start of each billing period — unused quota does not roll over
• Once you reach your plan's limit, the relevant feature will be paused until your next billing period or until you upgrade
• Certain features (bulk listing, Flip Finder, Amazon publishing) are only available on higher-tier plans regardless of usage

If your usage patterns suggest abuse or platform strain that disproportionately affects other users, we reserve the right to apply additional rate limits or contact you to discuss your needs.

Our platform

All software, design, code, copy, branding, and features that make up ResellPilot are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as described in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of ResellPilot without our written permission.

Your content

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to ResellPilot — including product photos, listing drafts, and any other materials you provide.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating and delivering the ResellPilot service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond serving you.

AI-generated content

Listing titles, descriptions, and pricing suggestions generated by our AI are provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere.

ResellPilot is a tool designed to help you sell more efficiently — but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• We do not guarantee sales or profits. Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, your pricing, and platform algorithms.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Pricing suggestions are estimates based on available data, not guaranteed valuations. Listing content should be reviewed before publishing.
• Marketplace integrations may experience disruptions. Third-party platforms like eBay and Etsy may change their APIs at any time. We will work to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• The service is provided "as is." We do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the fitness of ResellPilot for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ResellPilot and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Missed sales opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Costs incurred due to service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken by third-party platforms based on your listings

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of ResellPilot will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By you

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any part of these Terms
• We detect fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the platform
• Your account is used in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure
• We are required to do so by law

If your account is suspended due to non-payment, you may restore access by settling the outstanding balance. Accounts suspended for violations may not be eligible for reinstatement.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the product evolves or legal requirements change. When we make significant changes:

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect
• If you continue using ResellPilot after the effective date, you are agreeing to the updated Terms
• If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at resellpilot.com/terms.
